Perfect for young gym bros
I bought this for my gym crazy son and he uses it every day. Quite good quality considering the price. He also loves the colour combo, very stylish

Recommended for people who want to start strength training at home.
I live in a small village and it’s far away from gyms or studios. So I try to work out at home. As a beginner, I’m not clear which equipment should I buy, then I chose this set. It’s perfect for me to start my home training.Recommended for people who want to start strength training at home.

You get what you pay for
For £20 it is good, The push up bars and ab roller feel like they are a bit flimsy but they are yet to break on me ( i weigh roughly 11.5stone) skipping rope is good enough but the resistance band feels too stretchy and the foam on it is not great. Hand grip is good if you have the strength of a 5 year old. Lastly the foam knee pad is a bit pointless in my opinion, But that's not to say others wont use it. My conclusion is if you are a bit tight like me, it is worth the money, for £20 what more can you expect.

It’s compact, easy to store, and gives me a full-body workout without leaving the house. Perfect for busy days or travel. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an affordable, effective home gym setup!

Good but a little flimsy
The product is quite good and works well but if you weigh anything over 70kg it starts to feel like you have to be careful not to use too much pressure or it will snap.

It’s good it does the job but it’s a bit cheap but if u live in a flat or smth then it’s a perfect little set but a little cheap basically u get what u pay for
