A quality rice with the exception it's enhanced
Although they are enhanced they do taste pretty good. If you like enhanced rice go for it but I prefer a non enhanced rice

Delicious rice!
This rice cooks up perfectly and tastes amazing. The grains don't stick together but stay separate. It may be the best rice I've ever tried. Some complained about its odor and I don't hold it against it. It doesn't taste like it smells in the packaging. I say, get over it and enjoy the texture and taste.

You get a lot for your money, but I prefer Jasmine
I only bought this rice because a recipe I was trying, called for “parboiled” which I had never even heard of. I guess parboiled means that it’s partially boiled already. I thought that’s what minute rice is, but this rice takes longer to cook than regular (not minute) white rice. There’s nothing wrong with this rice, it’s good quality, it tastes fine & cooks easily but I prefer jasmine rice, it tastes better & it’s not enriched.

I Use for all my Rice Dishes
I used to make my own Parboiled Rice, but that's just more extra work. This is perfect for all my rice needs. I make Plain White Rice, Fried Rice, Rice Pudding, any Flavored Rice. Anything I want rice in, this works. Not much more I can say about it other than it's cheap, taste good and cooks up perfect. I use One Part Rice to Two Parts Water. Then I put foil on top of the pan and cover it tightly and go by the number of minutes stated on the bag. It comes out perfect every time. From there, I can make Rice Pudding, Fried Rice or whatever I want. I even cook my rice first, before making Paella. I know that's not traditional, but that's how I do it and my Paella cooks in about 1/3 of the time. I recommend this rice and don't think you'll be disappointed. I keep my bag in a glass, air tight container (the same way I keep my dried beans). Thank you for reading my review.

This was not right. Bad Batch????
So, I cracked open the bag and cooked the rice. Paired it with salmon and broccoli and packed it up for lunch. I went to warm it up at luch time while at work and, it had the whole place smelling like a barnyard! I thought it was my fish at first so I threw the whole plate away because all of my food smelled so bad. Thinking that it was just the fish, I tried cooking it again, this time I made a bigger batch because it was for dinner and halfway through cooking I got a whiff of that smell again. I even rinsed the rice and it still Smelled and tasted horrible! Needless to say it went in the garbage because I'm not sure what was going on with that rice but it smelled exactly like a farm filled with cows.
