This is a great product! If you're looking for a more natural weight loss pill I would highly suggest this, it arrived in a short amount of time and I lost 10lbs in less than two weeks! I also got the 14 day detox and have never felt healthier. I take 2 softgels 3 times a day right before each meal! I've seen such a great improvement in my body.

Nasty taste
Didn't really help me lose weight at all. The pills tasted like fish oil, which is nasty because you burp a lot ,and that's all you can taste. Make me sick.
