A close friend, a fellow “hump backer” recommended this to me. This was brought to his attention by his chiropractor. He’s extremely fit so he wears the more advanced one. I however, while not a slug, do not visit the gym everyday. However, I’m on my feet constantly. I’m a woman, 5’5,” 165lbs. I’m a 38C/40B, but i have a broad back which measures 43 inches in diameter. I purchased the Regular Medium. I like this SO much I just purchased a second one. I’m constantly misplacing the first one and I’m at the point where I do NOT want to be without this. It is a good product but very weak when it comes to regular use. I have bought 5 of these and one of the band always eventually snaps around 12-14 months. I use it on a daily basis and the stretching exercises they recommend using it for as well. They need to find more durable rubber.
