I bought this so I could make homemade mead. I had a little honey left over and it was amazing the taste and texture were great. And after my mead finished fermenting I tried my mead and it was so sweet and refreshing. Amazing product and company.

Fantastic Honey
The jar is inconvenient, I’d prefer a squeeze bottle, but this is probably the best honey I’ve ever tried. I usually get another great one, but this time I wanted to look for something from the state I live in, California, to help with my allergies and I was so surprised by this honey I had to come on here and review it. It’s sweet, but there’s something about it that makes the sweetness smooth instead of sharp. There are also a lot of subtle notes and flavors that I’ve never tasted in a honey before, maybe because this is wildflower honey? It also is a little more viscous than most honey I’ve tried.If it’s sold in whatever area you’re in, try it out. It was also less expensive than the other honey I usually buy, which is another reason I gave it a try.
