The description said it was an unlocked phone but it was not compatible with my carrier Consumer Cellular. So I had to return it.

This don't deserve no stars.. This phone is the worst.. Some apps can't even be installed.. Facebook and messenger does not work.. To put a data plan with two different providers.. It does not work..

Good Phone
The phone itself is pretty good. The screen is a little too sensitive sometimes. Sometimes I'll be doing something with it and the screen will register the little bit of touching my holding hand is doing. The phone is also much larger than I had anticipated. The sim card is hard to get out sometimes if you have a smaller one and the case it comes with is VERY brittle. I cracked mine in the first 3 minutes as I was taking it off the phone.UPDATEI've had this phone for a while now and about to replace it. The number of ads that are on the phone even when trying to text is getting to be too much so I'm replacing this one. For the price you could get something twice as good nowadays.

My daughter was very pleased with the phone when she first received it
My daughter was very pleased with the phone when she first received it ; however, it stopped reading her SIM and SD card after about 3weeks. We had to send it back.
