Great for more than Yoga
Let me start off by saying I do not do Yoga... I would love to, but haven't had the chance. The reason I ordered tho wheel is I wanted to improve the flexibility of my back. I use to be able to do back bends, and those days are too far back to remember and I got this hoping I might be able to ease back into it.I love the construction of the wheel. It is a soft foam covering the harder surfaced plastic. It is almost like a super thick foam roller if you have used those before. I had never seen or heard of one of these before I stumbled across it on a site and thought I really need to try it out. So far I'm still not doing back bends on my own, but I see they might be in my future again. This is a great way to stretch out your back as well as strengthen it. I highly recommend one.I did receive this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my review. I would definitely purchase this item again and am glad I stumbled upon this nifty tool!
