Ice Arounds Cooler Balls reusable ice packs

I like the idea of these ice balls. I went ahead and spent about $12 on the package, knowing they might end up being a novelty item. That being said--they do work, as much as they can. By that, I mean, they do get cold in the freezer, and their shape lets them fit in into just about any nook and cranny. I think ingenuity should be rewarded, but now after using them, I think if they were about $6 a bag, the seller would sell a lot more of them. They do NOT keep the containers I've put them in ice cold, but they do help keep the items inside cool. These balls are too small to compete with the reusable ice blocks, ice bags, and ice sheets. They just don't have the surface area to "blanket" the various items inside a cooler. They don't sweat too horribly bad (in my experience), they don't take up a lot of room, and they do work (like I said, as much as they can). So, if you the consumer have limited area in a small cooler, and you're not needing to keep your contents cool for more than a few hours (do so at your own risk--don't blame me if your sandwich gets warm after 4 hours), these are great. And, of course, they are re-useable. 4 stars

These are not very cld to the touch when frozen solid. That being said I don't think I would rely on them to keep the food in the coller cold.

This product did not work well, the rounds begin breaking very quickly. I would not recommend this product to anybody

This is my second time I've ordered ice arounds and I found they work perfectly if you use the right amount of ice arounds based on the size of your lunch box. Awesome product!!!!!!
