These mitts are awesome! I received mine some days ago and when I tried them on, they honestly felt really comfortable! At least compared to the mitts I was using before, which were really old mitts that were included with a George Foreman grill I had many years ago. Still, these mitts felt really good on my hands, and I no longer feel so threatened by the oven when I need to remove hot food. They are advertised as being heat resistant up to 450º, but I bake pizzas at around 500º, and these mitts handle it (literally) no problem. The tag that was attached to one of the mitts has a web address for a free cookbook, which is really nice. Definitely worth every cent I spent on them!I will say that I haven't used the free sauce brush included with the mitts yet. Thus far I've had no reason to. Perhaps it's simply not useful to someone like me. If I ever find a use for it, I'll come back with my thoughts on it.

Love the color. Easy to clean. Won’t let your hands get burned if you pull a cookie sheet out of a hot oven. However. You may just drop a heavy hot roasting pan, cast iron pan, dutch oven or tall pasta pot on your feet. These are too slippery to be of any use lifting something of any mass. These are too slippery to use while canning. Canning jars slip right out of your hand. Don’t try to lift that canning kettle with these either.

I used to have silicone oven mitts years ago. They worked well, but they were a bit clunky and took up a lot of space that I didn't have. These lay flat and take up very little space in the drawer. They also have a soft lining inside that adds additional protection from heat. Used them this Thanksgiving and they were awesome. The turkey recipe I use has me roasting the turkey for the first hour with the breast side down, and then I have to flip it. It had been an ordeal to wrap the oven mitt with foil, and half the time having to wash the mitts anyway. Not this year! After flipping the turkey I just washed my "hands" with dishwashing liquid and rinsed. The heat didn't seep through at all.

We have different color sets for various uses in our home due to food allergies. We purchased a green set for a family member who needed new oven mitts. Seriously, these are awesome.

I won't be using this mitts myself because I'm giving it as a gift. They look comfortable and of good quality. The inside appears to have a smooth quilted fabric that shouldn't be too difficult to put on even with wet hands.

Fits nicely and I don't feel heat through them at all. Also the texturing provides excellent grip.

Theses gloves are wonderful. You don't have to worry that you'll feel the heat or if the pan will slip. I would highly recommend..

Just used for the first time--I'm very pleased with the mitt. It was more flexible than I had thought--a good thing.

Easier and more convenient to use than oven gloves!
