I am giving four stars only because that towel rack is not wide enough for the regular bath towels. You either have to use really narrow towels or squeeze in the regular size towel.

My only issue with this is that the timer doesn't work. So I have to remember to turn it off. I should have sent it back, but I thought it would be more trouble.

Wish I could give 5 stars. I like everything about the warmer except the auto shut-off feature is not working and this is the main reason I selected this model.

I like it but the auto timer don't work.To fix that I just just a one hour timer plug in outlet.. Amazon .. it was less then 5 bucks ......

It's a nice looking product, but does not get hot enough to be useful for me.

I shopped around & researched lots of towel warmers. This one works great! I like that it has two levels of heat & an automatic shut off. Does the job of drying my towels plus my delicates.

This product isn't capable of warming towels. For the money spent, it doesn't work.
