It works the best. Tends to stick only to hair and not to the skin!!
Stick with lady Clairol. I have just now applied and it requires mixing in a Black dish available at Amazon. Poor the color first and then a bit less of the 30 the developer. It will begin to fizz. Over pouring hurts only a little, but should be avoided. Apply to the hair with a small flat brush also available on Amazon. It may takes minutes to turn blonde. I rub it thoroughly into my scalp with my hands and rub. Wait the required time. It will begin to give you the blonde and it tends to stick only to the hairs and not your skin. Floor cleanup is easier. For blonde wait 45 minutes and for ultra cool black only 30 minutes. Use Clairol color with Clairol developer. The product is new!!
