My new favorite cookbook!
The guilt-free gourmet cookbook does exactly what it says on the tin! These recipes are wheat and dairy free and use no refined sugar enabling me to be healthy yet eat indulgent tasty food! I have cooked at least 10 of these dishes and not being the most talented in the kitchen-i found these recipes easy to follow. I served chicken tagine and brownies at a dinner party and they went down a treat. No-one believed me when I told them that the brownies were wheat, sugar and dairy free! I would recommend this cookbook to anyone- it covers a variety of yummy cuisines and lets you indulge without feeling guilty and bloated! A 10/10 from me.

Celiacs Be Warned - Misleading Subtitle
I felt the title to this book, while not exactly untrue, is a little misleading - the recipes may not exactly have wheat, but many of the recipes are NOT gluten free, and include Spelt or Rye, close relatives of wheat. There are some gluten-free recipes, but overall I was a bit disappointed.

Disappointing book
I had high hopes this would be super useful. It wasn't. Sugar features too often, and there is a heavy reliance of rice and other high carb flours, which would create other guilts! Lovely pictures, but I was really disappointed with the recipes, and the book went back.

I have just bought this book and while I haven't cook any of the recipes yet I can't wait to do it. I have read the book from beginning to end and I absolutely love it. Great pictures!

In LOVE with this book! The BEST, tastiest, and healthiest recipes EVER!
This book is truly amazing.I have read many health conscious cookbooks, but this one is a true gem. So far I have cooked about seven recipes and all of them were absolutely delicious and very easy to follow. Few of my favorite recipes are quail, meatballs, halibut, chocolate tart and the brownies! I love the fact that the book covers various cuisines and included many vegetarian friendly dishes.After eating these recipes, I did not experience any bloating or indigestion that are usually caused by wheat, refined sugar and high sodium.I highly recommend this book to anyone who are looking for delicious but healthy recipes that are easy to make.

Excellent recipes!
All the recipes I have made so far from here have great....I loved the aubergine gratin and the root vegetable fritters and looking forward to trying some of the other recipes such as the chicken tagine.The sweet recipes are not really to my taste as I prefer grain free baking eg with coconut flour but there are more than enough savoury recipes to keep me interested

Was recommended this book but many of the recipes are not guilt-free. Their reason for being guilt-free is not convincing!

Not low GL. The Holford Low GL Diet Cookbook is better. Sorry I wasted my money.

Brilliant book love it, the recipes are great, the illustrations and content equally as good. I would recommend this.
