I am very happy they contacted me and sent me the correct product. Clearly the E-Case pays attention to customer service. They have turned an unhappy customer into a happy one.The case itself is quite good. It is very much as described: durable and rugged. I will be using it for taking my phone to the beach and camping and no longer worry about damaging it. You could bury your phone in the sand, or drop it in the ocean, and it would be perfectly protected in this case.
