I was kind of nervous but I did it all by myself. I used gorilla double sided tape. I just put the tape in all 4 corners and then stuck it to the wall. They are sleek, stylish, inexpensive and most importantly work at helping to dampen the sound in my studio.I have purchased many sound-dampening foam, boards, and panels over the years and these are some of the cleanest that I have purchased.The only consideration is ease of installation. It takes more effort than self-adhesive foam boards or panels.
