These are both wired and WIRELESS headphones
After some confusion on the sellers part, these are actually wireless headphones with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm wire to listen to them wired, then they include a 3.5.. to USB for charging them. They pair up perfectly via Bluetooth to any smart phone or PC. They sound really good, not perfect, but great to watch movies and the like. They are very comfortable and lightweight. I would definitely purchase these again.

Very impressive
I never write reviews - but really I felt that I should so here it goes. I'll keep it short and simple.I ordered these on woot.com a while back because they were cheap and I wanted some wireless headphones for my iPhone. When I first put them on I was very surprised by how comfortable they were for an over-the-ear type of headphone. Then I started up a song, and holy crap do these things sound good! I have a set of Bose AE2 Over-the-ear headphones sitting right by these on my desk at work, and my go-to pair are the RunNYC's. They just have a much wider sound, for lack of a better word. Good highs, mids and lows. Plus they keep their charge for ~12 hours or so, which is also pretty impressive. They don't compare to a $300 pair, or probably even a $200 pair of good studio headphones, but for under $50 you really can't beat these.

Very impressive audio quality
I own a $280 Bose Bluetooth headphone and enjoy them. I bought these for my girlfriend, since they seemed like a good deal. I am very impressed by the sound quality and comfort. They are lighter than my Bose, you forget you are wearing them. They are more pleasant on low volume than my Bose. The full range is audible without cranking them up. Don't hesitate, these are worth so much more. The MSRP of about $130 is accurate. I think they might have messed up with their marketing somewhere which is probably the reason the price is low, definitely not because of sound or comfort. Bass is clean, not as loud as Bose, but more accurate. Highs are very detailed. Mids seems in your face at first but perfect at low to regular volume. Anyway best headphone deal I've seen in years. I've been listening to them for a couple of hours and I don't want to take them off.
