Spenco RX Comfort Insoles Three Pair Pack (Size #2 Women's 7-8 Men's 6-7)

Excellent heavy-duty insoles, great for sneakers and boots. I've been using them for years, as recommended by my podiatrist. They don't wear out the way standard insoles do, and they are even machine-washable (although the newer packages say to hand-wash). You may be able to use them under Rx orthotics (for extra padding) as long as they don't make the shoes too snug. There are a few negatives: if your shoes are already snug, these might make them too tight. Like many insoles, they may not fit well into women's dress shoes, and are not suitable for sandals. Also, if you want to cut them down to a smaller size, there are no lines to indicate where to cut, so you have to guess or use other, smaller insoles to figure it out. And in the summer, they may make your feet feel hotter.For me, for most of the year, they definitely make my shoes more comfortable and even allow me to extend the life of certain shoes.
