Hi, I found my papers for the Ecolution 9 1/2 inch fry pan.  It says *lifetime warranty and inside: it is *Limited lifetime warranty.  It is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use.  The Manufacturers obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing, FOB Epoca International Distribution Facility as well as the authorized selling agent, any part of the product that is defective.  such warranty shall not apply to damages resulting from accidents, abuse or misuse including damage caused by overheating and does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other damage, which does not impair the functuality of the cookware.  This warranty is valid only for the first quality goods purchased from an authorized selling agent of Epoca International, Inc.  To claim your warranty, send the cookware along with and $8.00 check for shipping and handling to Epoca International, Inc., Attn:  Customer Service 851 Broken Sound Parkway NW, Suite 110, Boca Raton, FL  33487.  Hope it works out for you.

Is it okay to use these Ecolution Symphany pans if the inside bottom surface is scratched? I have tried to be careful only using plastic or wood.

We are still using our  ~9 year old Ecolution Symphony frying pan even after multiple scratches on the surface.  We only use plastic and wooden utensils, and this nonstick surface may be less abrasion-resistant than other premium nonstick finishes.  But it still works well -- better nonstick with its many scratches than our like-new ceramic nonstick pan.  Because Ecolution prides itself on using a more environmentally and health-friendly "Hydrolon" nonstick material made without PFOA, we have perhaps a bit more confidence that its degraded surface isn't unhealthy.  Time for a new pan!
