Waste of money! The batter has to be very thin or it will not dispense. Very cheaply made.

Failed first time I tried to use it. The insert where the batter came out came apart. I suspect the glue used to assemble it failed. I did not bother returning it because it would have been more trouble to do so....just tossed it in the trash and ordered a metal version of the same which seems to work a lot better.

The idea of the product is fantastic and worked well for 2 uses. The handle that connects to the opening is cheap and of extremely poor design (only two small tabs to open the dispensary) that It broke after the 2nd use and could not be repaired (plastic). I would like to find another device that accomplishes this task, but would not purchase this one again because of its poor quality.

This product is made out of very cheap plastic, and broke during it's first use. Just a simple pull of the handle with a normal cupcake batter and the handle broke in half, so it is totally unusable. I purchased this for a christmas present for my 12 year old aspiring baker... she was very disappointed, and I was embarrassed. Amazon, you should NEVER sell this product.

I used it a couple times. It worked well but while just sitting in the shelf, the metal piece just popped off and broke the handle. I heard a loud bang in the kitchen and found the pieces. It was nice before the handle exploded.

So far I'm pretty satisfied with this. have used it twice so far with minimal dripping (for cupcakes). I will say I'm concerned the cleaning the spout part isn't as good as I'd like. I'm worried food is getting stuck under there.

Don't put it in the dishwasher it mishaped the entire thing

I gave it away. No matter what kind of batter I used, it wouldn't dispense. The batter would have to be SUPER runny for it to come out.
