These cups are great, they were inexpensive so I didn't know how strong they might be but they are very sturdy. I have a store that is decorated with industrial decor and pallet cashier booth so they look good on our coffee stand, we provide for customers

These are great little cups. Looks are the biggest plus and of course that they are recycled. Customers love it.

Nice cups, but impossible to separate as they all were mushed together making them worthless!

All of the hot cups on the market have recently reduced their insulating ability, either to save money or for environmental reasons. Probably the first. I purchase cups for office use and am concerned about liability issues should a customer get burned. All of the cups I bought previously required double cupping, even styrofoam which is now too thin. So one day I bought a cup of coffee which used this cup. The properties of the cup were perfect: firm enough not to require double cupping, and insulating enough to hold without burning. However, the ripple cups are very difficult to pull apart. The instructions that come with them say to knock them and they will come apart. Not true. When I telephoned the company who makes them, I was told the new batch of ripple cups does not have the sticking problem. Well, they are pricey, so I may go back to the store bought brands.

I used to buy these cups from Stix-to-Go until they stopped selling them. We love the cups and so do our customers. The one thing I have noticed though is that it seems that the cups don't seem to be keeping the heat away as well as they used to. It still says triple-lined but maybe the lining isn't as thick as they used to be. Love that we aren't contributing to the landfills by having to use cup collars.The cups sometimes do 'stick' together, but you'll find if you don't try so hard they seem to fight back as much.

great little cups-only problem is they stick together when stacked because of the ripples-but my customers love the look of the cups and the coffee stays nice and warm!

We love them! The cups were perfect!I need to purchase the lids...this was my only mistake...in error, I neglected to do so!
