Words are unable to express how awesome this Yoga Mat is!!
I am blown away by the quality, feel, and something words are unable to express of the Vernice Vita yoga mat!! This is actually my second Vernice Vita mat (I also bought the bigger cadillac version if you see a very similar review...).The mat is extremely well made! I have owned the mat for over six months now and still blown away by it's quality. The construction of this mat reminds me of Tumi luggage (known for lasting a lifetime), and I fully expect this yoga mat to last for years [or in the case it doesn't I will update this review accordingly].Going further with its quality and being someone who has tossed out several other yoga mats after finding worn in spots. The usage of high quality memory foam [despite its name] [and again I'll update this should I find otherwise over time] is rather ideal as the material is known for its longevity through usage in mattresses.The mat overal has a very nice texture to it! The 26'' width is really nice. The no slip bottom works quite well. Overall the mat has a really great feel to it.Finally, the part words are unable to express... It is memory foam, but only a half inch think... The appeal of a memory foam mattress is it conforms to your body but try doing something that requires some kind of ground resistance on a memory foam mattress and I think you will find your sinking as if it were quick sand... This yoga mat however finds a rather outstanding balance of softness and resistance. Lay on your back and you feel as if you are floating yet you can feel resistiveness as if you are laying on the bare floor. Soft yet firm, cushioning yet resistive, something words are unable to describe...

Poor service/process time
I was excited to purchase this item as it came highly recommended by my togs instructor. I have joint problems and I enjoy practicing with a specific instructor. I purchased a medium yoga Matt with strap on Nov. 1. The Matt didn’t arrive until 2 weeks later. When it finally arrived I realized the Matt strap didn’t arrive with the Matt. This is a very expensive yoga Matt and so far I am very disappointed with the customer service. I’m still waiting to receive a response on the whereabouts of the strap. Not worth the spending money to be ignored and not valued.

Most supportive mat for aching joints ever!!
THANK YOU for making a mat that allows me to practice yoga without my knees, wrists and ankle bones hurting! I am very inflexible in my hips and spine from both repetitive injury and some anatomical problems which is why I need yoga to both maintain and increase mobility. Every mat I have tried has failed to give me the support I needed until I found this one! Its expensive but if you are really needing a supportive mat don’t waste your time on others. You are better off saving money for this one!

Helps the hands and knees for Yoga
The mat is what I needed for minor arthritis pain in my hands when doing yoga. I wish it were a bit wider and that when I rolled it up it would later unroll more smoothly, but overall I am happy with the mat. I'd recommend it to others, but the price is high. It was a gift so I can't complain; I do think it's overpriced considering you even have to pay extra for the strap and the size is bare minimum.

Good mat, last me 2 years so far. No problem, Very cushy for the knees and for savasana.
Had this for over 2 years now. Still hold its shape well. very soft and warm for savasana. Mat stays sticky. The only thing is the mat gets a little big when rolled. You will have to buy vernice Vita strap for the mat. Other mat straps won't work because of its large size.

Outstanding mat
May be the best mat I've ever had! No slipping from first use. Perfect cushioning. Buy the larger size even if you're a smaller person. I'd ordered the small, and after first use realized I needed the large. The company handled switching the size a smooth and friendly transaction.

It was the perfect amount of plush/thickness
It was the perfect amount of plush/thickness. I love how I can do all my movements without ever running out of space and having my arms or legs dangle off the mat. I recommend this mat to anyone who hates thin mats or non water resistant mats.
