The Zymox helped as a preventative, but when she got the infections the prescription mometamax was the only thing that clear things up. **Q: how does all the excess solution get out of a cat's ear,they don't shake like a dog would?** A: Where on earth did get that info? Of course, cats also do it. **Q: Kills ear mites in cats?** A: I do not believe I would use this to treat ear mites. There is nothing in the ingredients to do that.
