This is one of my niece's senior year in high school and she normally gets pimples here and there, but her face suddenly was covered in pimples. She was horrified. She took 1 fluid ounce (1 tablespoon) twice a day (in the morning and evening). No noticeable difference the first week, some the 2nd week and most definitely the 3rd week. Her face was not entirely clear by the end of the bottle, but the majority were gone. This made a really big difference so her mom bought her another bottle.There are other ingredients, not just B5, such as Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, C and etc. I like that these Vitamins are helping her on the inside as cleansers and creams she was using did not help as much on the outside. She doesn't like the flavor by itself, so she adds it to apple juice when taking this.I rely on reviews to help me when I make my purchases as well, so I hope this helped someone! :)

I have hypothyroid issues, so I have to be very careful about becoming vitamin deficient...especially B vitamins. I take a daily multiple, but sometimes even that is not enough so I am always in the market for a quality vitamin. This fits the bill! You start off taking a loading dose of 2oz twice a day, and then after 2 weeks, take a maintenance dose of 1 oz daily. It tastes kind of medicinal, but can be mixed in with juice or other liquids. There is no starch, salt, wheat,gluten, yeast,milk or soy added so I didn't have to worry about it interacting with my thyroid medication. It helped my energy levels, and also helped my skin look and feel better, smoother. You do have to store it in the refrigerator, and make sure to shake very well before taking. Mine actually formed lumps that I had to shake out vigorously before taking. It contains biotin and since I started taking it approximately 1month ago, my nails and hair look and feels great. This product was provided to me in exchange for my honest review and I highly recommend it to hypothyroid people with dull hair and skin problems.

I have been taking Advance Vitamin B5 Acne Skin Liquid for about three weeks. First I would like to note that this is a giant bottle of vitamin B5 and it is also not just B5 like I originally has assumed. This bottle is chalked full of an assortment of other vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, B1, B 12 and also zinc. As you may or may not know zinc is also good for your skin. This does however have a massive dose of vitamin B5 in it so be prepared for some wicked yellow pees but do not be alarmed this is just a result of taking a B vitamin. So I can honestly say that I noticed a slight improvement in my oily skin and as an added bonus also my hair seemed less greasy. I did not notice this change until about two weeks in. I also found this supplement pleasant to take in regards to taste. Some liquid supplements are intolerable I my opinion. I do think that this is a quality product but I would caution anyone who thinks they have found a miracle in any product. This Advanced Vitamin B5 Alive Acne Skin Liquid Supplement is something completely new for me. I have never taking anything similar that was not in pill form. It is very sweet in my opinion. I was very worried that the flavor would be too vitamin for me, but it was not I am not saying it tastes good, but I put it on my smoothies and barely even notice it is there. Now my face, it has noticed and my minor can attest that my face looks it's best. I am very happy that I have had mild benefits from taking it. I am not saying miracles, but there most definitely has been some improvement. While it worked, I think that I would much prefer this in vitamin form; it would be much less of a hassle to take.
