Titrated the dose slowly and middle of dosage range provided great effect for me
Began this product based on recommendation of Dr Mark Hyman. The beneficial effects were noticeable in relatively short time. Titrated the dose slowly and middle of dosage range provided great effect for me. Found no benefit at highest dose and have decreased to the middle dosage range.

I like it.....
I've ordered this product twice because I like it. It has aided me in the feeling of fullness and I'm gradually losing my desire for my all time favorite sweets (bubblegum/chewing gum/hard peppermint candy). I could literally chew gum & eat peppermint candies ALL DAY but I'm slowly ending my love affair with them (lol).
