Harvest Direct Soy Burger Mix, 4 oz. Bag (Pack of 12)

I received the Soy Burger Mix. It says on the front of the package VEGAN. I mixed it up according to the package directions and fried it up and ate half a burger. I never thought I needed to read the ingredients ( which you cannot read before you purchase it ) . I read the ingredients after I broke out in Hives. Your Vegan Soy Burger Mix has Beef Powder in it. I am allergic to meat. for now I cannot have beef, pork, or chicken. That is why I started buying Soy, and vegan foods. I could have died. You need to let everyone know, that this vegan product has Beef Powder in it, and you need to make it so everyone can read the ingredients in your foods on the amazon website when we are looking at the products we are interested in buying.

not really seasoned, tasted like tvp without flavor and patties were hard to stick together even when following directions

It was alright. It was soy burger. I was surprised.
