Twod Scope Mount Ring with Stop Pin Medium Profile,1-Inch, Black

A solid product, easy to install on my crosman air rifle, but the pin was a bit large for the hole. As noted in other reviews (and so I was prepared when it came time to mount my scope) you need two hex keys to install this. The one that comes with the mount will put it on the rail, but you will need a smaller one (sorry, I don't recall the size) to mount your scope. Thus, 4 stars vs. 5. A note that the scope I purchased for this had three hex keys in it, one of which fit this. I would think that if you know your product has two different size hex nuts you would include a key for each size.

This unit is slim and close to the scope mount for improved accuracy over a range. I fitted it on my RWS-45 air rifle. The finish is nice. The screws and screw holes were quality, no sharp edges. I like the slim look as well. I would recommend this for anyone that wants a 1 piece scope mount.

Great fit and finish. I mounted this on a little old .22 semi auto rifle with a cheap BSA 3-9 scope and it fit perfect and is rock solid. Shot about one hundered rounds through it to sight it in and make sure it held zero and worked like a charm it held zero no problem the rail fits nice and tight but I do recommend you use some loctite to make sure the screws don't back themselves out after a lot of use. The anodizing on this piece is also very well done. This is a dovetail mount which is something to note also as I myself only have one rifle with the exception of a pellet rifle that has a dovetail mount. One other thing is that the wrench included is only for tightening the base of the mount to the rail not the actual scope rings those are a smaller size hex size. Other than that it worked great.I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

These 1 inch scope rings are for older rifles (and some air guns) with 11mm scope base and may work with a 3/8 rail also, as the rail seems to expand. This will not fit weaver or picatinny. The vendor needs to update the description to note the mount style.The fixed distance between the two rings may limit which Scopes fit, but the actual rings seem very solid.The scope Mount is solid, and the threads on the screws are clean.If I had any complaints about the mount, it's the use of two sizes of hex bolts, but only a single wrench size included. Not a problem for me, as I have a set of wrenches, but it's something to note if you do not. I must start by saying I don't have a gun that this scope mount will work on (guess I will have to buy another gun now, oh darn)! :) so this review is solely from a review of workmanship and quality. The scope mount is solid. There are no "burs" in the metal that might hang it up. The screws are solid and good quality. All screws tighten appropriately and snugly. I received this scope mount at a reduced price for my honest review and opinion. Based on the quality of this scope mount I would purchase another from this seller/manufacturer. After I buy my new gun for this scope mount, I will update my review if there are any problems. ;)
