After the first order failed to arrive, I pinged Amazon asking for a status. Thought maybe the crazy snow weather effecting America might be the culprit. Amazon rep said it went missing/ was lost. Refunded my money. That's that. I thought maybe that was a one off, so with my refund I ordered another set. When it was almost the delivery date and seeing that my shipping status hadn't change from "shipping label created" similar to my first no-show order, I decided to ping Amazon, again, to check my order status. As suspected, my order was running late. The rep I chatted with, apologized, said they'd give me courtesy a 20% reimbursement (3-5 days) for my order, had me wait a moment while they "contacted the carrier" and then assured me that they confirmed from the carrier that my package was guaranteed to be delivered by....yesterday....well my order is no show and that "shipping label created' hasn't changed. **Q: Did you receive one or two plates with your order? I only received one. I assumed they were sold as a pair** A: I ordered pair of 35lb plates but only 1 was shipped. Same thing happened with my order of 45lb plates **Q: Does this come with clamps?** A: Nope, need to purchase separately **Q: Ordered 2x45, 2x25, & 2x10. 25s, 10s, and 1x45 showed up week ago. the second 45 awol. only 1 tracking #. help. no customer service contact??** A: I got one 45 lb weight plate of a 160 lb set. Customer service won’t respond. This is a common theme.
