Great performance, compact for storing with camera, need to get an adapter to use with Apple products
The children in my home own an inexpensive action camera (basically a GoPro for kids). There is little storage on the camera so we have an SD card installed, but to view their video they had to watch it on the tiny screen of the action camera. This SD reader has enabled downloading, viewing, and saving on larger devices.This reader's small size (1"x2") is great for stowing it away in the camera case along with the camera. It's always there when you want to download something right away - we can send a camping video to grandparents while still at the campsite. Easy to operate - the kids showed me how to work it! The body of this reader is a hard plastic, but it seems that if stepped on it may not survive since the inside is mostly hollow to accommodate an SD card. I would have liked to have a more rubberized surrounding case for durability.The phone cable did not fit any of our iPhones or iPads - you will need to use an adapter if your device is an Apple product.I received this reader at a reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion. I am pretty happy with the performance of this reader, it makes our little action camera so much more useful now that we can properly view, save, and send videos and photos. I wish that an adapter tip was included with the reader, I quickly lose interest in a product when I discover that I must make further purchases before I can use the device.

So this is great for those instagram husbands
So this is great for those instagram husbands. They can take pictures of their wives and upload it right away straight to their phones. On a real note this has been a life savor for adding pictures for my photography business right to my phone in order to give those clients *Sneak Peeks* at some of the pictures just straight from the camera. I would say that it isnt necessary but I love adding new gadgets to all my other unneeded gadgets. I did receive this product for a discounted prive

Better then bringing a laptop to view footage
Ive found this to be so much easier then taking a laptop out to the field with us to check the footage to see if anything has came by before we sit out for hours for no reason. I received this product at a discount or free in return for my honest review
