Great Product / Greater Service
This works great. Keeps all the keys from jingling around and tearing up the inside of your pockets. keys flip right out, total organization, even some of my odd drilled keys work on this. Well made. When received there was one small o-ring that was missing. minor problem and i was able to use just fine. When I contacted the manufacture to get this o-ring the sent me a complete replacement instead and did not have to return the original. It is very hard to find companies that are willing to extend themselves these days. It may be a small product that is not very expensive, however I was treated as there number one priority. Will buy more products from them. I recommend this company.

Not just good, but good enough
The assembly took a little trial and error. I don't understand the logic of the design, in that one post is full width and the other is only half width. I used a small nail (a paperclip would work) through the hollow shaft of the half post so that I could stack the two sides evenly prior to final assembly. Then, while pinching the two sides with the long post already assembled with its bolt, I withdrew the nail and inserted the remaining screw into the half post. I used blue loctite and tightened the bolts as tight as I could. Mine holds five keys and the included bottle opener. Without the spacers or bottle opener, it will hold eight keys but you lose the tab on the bottle opener which is useful for adding an additional item such as large fob key, flashlight or knife. It has held together for the week I've used it with no problems (thank you, loctite). It's easy to use and could make for a nice self defense weapon, replacing a roll of quarters in your fist. Time will tell as to how well the cloth pants pockets hold up to the key holder.

Nice idea, but doesn't work
I purchased the previous design (which was more symmetrical). This is a neat idea, but it simply doesn't work the way it is sold. This only works if you have the perfect amount of keys in the perfect combination of thicknesses. I don't have enough keys to fill this all the way up and the spacers delivered with the item do not put enough pressure on to keep the keys indies, they kept flopping out, making this about twice as long.I had purchased it with the bottle opener, which doesn't work well, it is too round and doesn't grip the bottle tops enough. Moreover, the eye lid at the end is supposed to hold larger keys (such as your car key), but if you do that (with an additional ring), you can no longer rotate the bottle opener all the way out, making it almost impossible to use it.What made me throw the item away is that one of the screws came lose twice. The first time, it happened on my walkway and I was able to find the keys, spacers and screw with a flashlight strewn all over my walkway, but the second time I didn't notice and lost two keys, one of which ended up costing me money to duplicate (my mailbox key). The spacers need to be of a hard material and larger to truly fill in for missing keys. The bottle opener needs to be made more functional and the screws need to be improved and easier to lock, the slit for a coin is too shallow.

Wow!!! Very impressed with the technology.
Very useful. Quality is perfect. I bought the bigger one thinking the compact would not fit my 4 keys but I was wrong when I got it. The regular size one came with 2 cylinder pieces on each side which extends the depth of each side, thus able to carry more keys. With the cylinders in place, you could technically put up to 6-7 keys on each side. I had to take the cylinders off and make it compact and in addition use the fabric pad separators because 2 keys on each side with even the compact version was still large enough to fit 3-4 keys on each end. Over all I am very satisfied. Much better than the knock offs on ebay that are like 5 bucks. Strongly recommended.

It's a good product but the only issue is that I don't ...
It's a good product but the only issue is that I don't have that many keys and because of that the keys are loose in the holder. It would help if the screws could go all the way down and tighten the keys. I ended up adding 4 keys I don't use anymore to keep the keys tight.

Gets the job done. Requires a bit of patience to configure properly.
Overall satisfied with this product. Its not that easy to set up properly. Its a bit like working on a puzzle, because of the various key sizes. There's a bit of trial and error until you get it right. I'm using 6 keys (including the bottle opener), and that seems like the optimal amount. When I tried 8 keys, it didn't seem right. I needed to keep the bottle opener, because I needed the loop for my car key/opener. I also realized that the keys on the same side as the opener are somewhat harder to access if you have a ring through the loop (like I do for my car key). I had to move my most often used keys to the opposite side. The screws seem like they will hold. Overall, it definitely feels more comfortable in my pocket. I believe your success with this product will depend on your individual key sizes and your patience to get them lined up just right. Seems made well enough. A good value for the price.

LOUSY!!! Screws keep coming loose.
Screws like to come loose ALL THE TIME!!!! I'm just waiting to be walking along and hear a noise, like metal parts landing on a hard surface, because this stupid thing doesn't stay together!! The normal price is $59.99...HOW RIDICULOUS!!!!! Even the "sale" price of $15.99 isn't worth this piece of junk.

Great key holder - much more comfortable than traditional key chain
This keychain is ideal for anyone that keeps a fairly small set of keys (4 to 10 max, depending on size of the keys) in their pocket all the time. It's also useful if you want to put your contact information on it. It's not the easiest thing to add or remove keys from, in fact it can be a pain in the butt; however once it's all set up it's far more comfortable than a traditional key chain. You could use an etching tool to put your name or phone number on it, or use a label maker like I did.
