Westfield Farm has been handcrafting award-winning farmstead cheeses in Hubbardston, Massachusetts since 1971. Located on 20 acres in the central part of the state, the farm turns out a little over 900 pounds of cheese per week. A delicious funky chocolate splurge!
Came with a cheese box subscription and was absolutely floored. Amazing. Creamy and delightful. Definitely a splurge but in the middle of a pandemic. Lovely...Now... in response to the person freaking out over the nutrition label and then melting down about added sugar. Hunny. It’s chocolate cheese.... what did you think made it sweet and delightful. Unicorns farts? Maybe if you’re on a diet. Try not eating chocolate or cheese.

Well worth tasting.
I tried this on a whim at the local health food store. I am completely enamored with the product. I serve it with Bosc pears and it has been a hit. The crisp sweet of the pear with the tangy and creamy taste of the chocolate goat cheese is a marvelous opposing match. I give the cheese high marks as a dessert cheese. Others must like it where I live because I have to reserve the log or logs before they are sold out.

Cocoa goat cheese, funky but good
This is pretty neat. The first taste is cocoa (not chocolate) with fresh curd but than the goat cheese flavor kicks in and gives a very different aftertaste. Quite enjoyable.
