The first unit I received had ok water flow but eventually got to where it wouldnโ€™t work at all after 6 months. I replaced one filter then another and ended up spending a lot of time and money troubleshooting it with no luck. I decided to reach out to Waterdropโ€™s support. Becky helped me out by replacing the unit with a newly engineered filter holder and all new filters. They also sent me a second primary filter (PP).
