The Perfect Launcher!
I do a great deal of trap, skeet, and sporting clay shooting with friends. Before we only had hand throwers and a launcher that gets driven into the ground. After that launcher broke, I began searching for a replacement. After seeing that they were $50, I decided to find something better. This launcher is it!Easily put together and maintained. Does not come with the seat back bar, but in my opinion, it is better without. The launcher is adjustable with spring tension and elevation, which makes for a fun and unpredictable throw; it keeps the shooters on their toes!This launcher also stays put once you sit on it, and is very sturdy. It gives the person responsible for launching a chance to have fun as well! Absolutely recommended and would buy again!

Useful, but not as sturdy as expected.
The thrower works well but we did have to contact the manufacturer to replace a plastic parts which broke the first time we tried to use them. The seat also had a piece broken out of it from shipping but was usable. Once we got the new parts (plastic tighteners), the thrower worked as expected. It seems like the parts that broke could have been made of metal instead of plastic.We have a very old simple Truis Trap Thrower that we have used for 40 years...which is why we bought this one but the desire to use cheaper parts was a mistake.

Slightly Different than Pictured
The seat that it comes with doesn't have the bar on it like the one in the picture does. Also, the tension spring attachment isn't a knob like the picture shows, it's a wingnut. We were able to get a knob that fit at the local hardware store for about $5 though, and it works much better. Other than that, it works great.

This one is the best.
It works perfectly! Doesn't jump around -cocks easily (even my girl friend can cock and load it) and throws consistant birds. Extremely well built. Was easy to assemble. I have had several Trius bird throwers over the years and they were all good. This one is the best!

Very Satisfied
I purchased this to use occasionally at our family farm, I'm not a serious shooter. Some assembly is required, but I was able to get it together in about 25 minutes, and I am not at all handy. You will need a screwdriver and a wrench (although a ratchet set makes it much easier).The unit is stable when put together, and the swivel action adds a level of variety to the shooting. I recommend this unit.
