Really like the baking silicone mats. Haven't tried the crisper yet but I bought the set for the other mats really & for me I just looked at the crisper & oven liner as a bonus.The only criticism I have is the oven liner mat, it's not large enough to fit the whole bottom area of a STANDARD size oven. It's large enough to fit under the main cooking vessel you use, but it has no lip so liquids would wash over the sides & you'd still have a spill to clean up on the bottom of your oven. I think it was probably thrown in this set as a "bonus" but they sized it to fit the pkg. of the set, instead of the actual size for the bottom of your oven. It's the same size as the half sheet pan so if you put one in your oven, you'll see the size & how much area is left for spills.Also they don't recommend it on the bottom of your oven. So, this one is "meh" could do without since it doesn't fit the entire oven size. Maybe making this bigger & able to "cut-to-fit" your size oven would be a better product or just sell this separately?I will use it under pans but it might not be as good as just lining the oven with foil. (I know they say not to do this but I've done it for years with no problems)Overall I think it's a good set & had no problems with seller or my order. Oh & I did like the packaging too BTW, nice to have that to keep the items in storage when not using.

Had ordered the 4 piece set but only received 2 pieces. Quality seems ok. Returning due to missing parts.-------------Edit 12/7/14:Had ordered the 4 piece set but only received 2 pieces due to Amazon labeling error. Customer service by the owner was outstanding. He fixed the problem quickly and painlessly for me, I appreciate the attention he gave to my situation and the follow up emails I received to make sure the replacement mats did arrive to my satisfaction. Quality seems good but unfortunately for me, I haven't had a chance to use it since our oven decided to stop working right before my replacement mats arrived. Once I get a chance to use these mats, I'll edit my review accordingly.

So far I have only used the oven liner. I chose this product because it seemed to have to most items for the best price. It was my fault in assuming the oven liner would cover the entire bottom of my oven, I should've measured. So far it is doing well in my oven, I just make sure whatever I am baking is above the mat so it can catch the grease and mess. I still have yet to use the other pieces.

OK, I've been making peanut brittle for my family around the holidays for decades, and I've perfected just about every part of the process ever since getting my first microwave and learning an easy 8 minute recipe that was virtually fool proof. The only part of the process that's been a continuing pain has been the difficulty in getting the hardened product to easily detach from the cookie sheet on which it cooled. No matter how I buttered or otherwise treated the surface, every 2nd or 3rd batch would stick. After almost ruining a cookie sheet this year, I did some research on Amazon, discovered these silicone non-stick baking sheets, and contacted Best Bakeware to ask it their product could withstand the temperature of the product as it's turned out for cooling. I received a timely reply from the company, ordered through Amazon, and received the product in good order. The following weekend, I got to work on my Christmas cooking using these sheets, and was extremely pleased with the results. I made 12 batches, with each pealing off and breaking up easily. Needless to say, I'll be using these for every future batch I make, and I'll be extending their use to as many other areas of baking and cooking as I can imagine. A 5 star recommendation for both the product and the company!

I love these baking mats! And with this set you get two of them, plus a crisping mesh and an oven liner! The mats are thick and sturdy and roll up nicely, there’s no way you could put a crease in them.I think I’m going to save a fortune in aluminum foil now. I’ve baked cookies, roasted vegetables and reheated some frozen appetizers, all with great success. They are so easy to clean, I just love them.I also just used the crisping mesh with a mat to heat up some frozen French fries to go with some grilled burgers and they came out just perfect. Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and no grease!I also especially like how the two mats are two different colors. These mats are non stick and don’t absorb food odors or flavors, but this would make a great gift for a friend of mine who always has to segregate her cookware and utensils to please her vegan teenage daughter, who won’t eat anything that’s been prepared on a surface or with a utensil that’s touched meat, no matter how well it’s been washed.Actually this would make a great gift for lots of people I know, I can now check them off my holiday shopping list. This is the most useful item I’ve added to my kitchen in a while, highly recommended.

I am torn between rating this 5 stars and the 2 I have given it. The darkest color in the picture is for the bottom of the oven; it is no where large enough to cover the bottom of the oven to prevent spillovers from sticking, though it does work well. When the product came it was not clearly identified where you use which product and there are 2 products you are buying. Two to cover cookie sheets and a second single for the bottom of the oven. I ended up putting all 3 on the bottom of the oven; melting the 2 items not clearly marked having to clean up a stinky, gelatinous mess out of the oven. I would suggest...selling a single product and not combining the two and take great care when ordering from anyone a cover for the bottom of the oven....I have looked again for a new product and none I have found fit a standard sized oven.
