This product is outstanding.I have been using it for over 7 years and had great results. I take it before I have a meal that is rich or contains a lot of meat/protein/gluten that could "gum up the works" or if I am just feeling a bit sluggish in the guts. It really helps cleanse your intestines without dehydrating.As a result, I use it a few times a week (NOTE -thus, I cannot speak to daily use).Two items of advice:1. If you don't eat a lot of fiber and/or veggies, the first time you use this it could have you running to the toilet about 8-10 hours after taking it. I think because it is a shock to systems not used to having healthy fiber to keep the bowels regulated. I know this because the few friends I've given it to have had this experience IF their diets are not already pretty healthy.2. I do not recommend taking it during the day, as the results come 8-10 hours after taking and that is not always convenient during the daytime. I find it is best when taken at dinner, then it takes effect quickly & thoroughly in the morning.In all, a fantastic product. I am not a doctor or a scientist, but I am serious about health from natural sources (no chemicals please!), and I can report no ill effects from years of use. John Baron (baseline founder) is pretty serious about plant-derived health, and I have felt better since trying a few of his products.PS - they are not paying me to say this :-)

I love this product. As you get older your body doesn't seem to clean itself out the way it did when it was younger. I take one capsule at night twice a week. It encourages natural bowel movement. No diarrhea or anything crazy. No cramping either like you got with some stool softeners.

I have been a customer of Baseline Nutritionals for over 5 years and have used this product many times in the past. I've used it as part of the the 3 Phase Cleansing process, as well as when I didn't feel well and needed to get things "moving". I would highly recommend Baseline Nutritionals and all their products as they are a cut above the rest. Waste of money

So far I am happy with this, I have only been using it for a week but the results have been positive. I have not had any cramps with this, like I have taking other products, so that makes me very happy!
