In the pictures, it looked like it was made of metal... it isn't. It's made of cheap plastic and the part where the screws are was coming apart. It doesn't even work. Very cheaply made. Don't waste your time trying to test it out to see if it works for you. Just pay a few bucks more for a better quality converter.

There was damage to the packaging but the product was just fine works great for my old dell monitor just a bit of a pain to screw it into the connector.... would recommend a 90 degree adapter for the hdmi cord if you use it in a vertical fashion (or horizontal for that matter) since it make the cord stick down quite a bit

Really happy with this
Bought this for my sisters VGA projector and connected Dish HDMI box and image looks crisp! No lag on audio. I also tested my PS3 and it worked perfectly. Really happy with this :) !!!
