I am unable to pair it with my bluetooth on my ipad for the peloton app to find it.. what do i do?

Please be informed that this cycling sensor can be only added in the Fitness APP, if you pair it from the Bluetooth of your mobile phone directly, then It will not work properly. How do I get Wahoo app to find my sensor? It searches but says there is no device in range?

Hello, if you can't search the sensor in the wahoo app, please check if there is an insulation sheet or not in the battery. Reinstall the battery and then search it in app. Steps: Enter into wahoo app - setting - add a new sensor. If you still can't find the sensor, please email us via Amazon, we will give you a more detailed solution.
