The new way to protect your cheese yet still allow it to ‘breatheâ€TM. Simply paint the coating over the top and sides of the cheese using a pastry brush, allow to dry and then paint the base. Additional layers can then be applied to thickness required. Available in 2lb packs in Black, which gives a dramatic finish to many continental varieties as well as lots of local 'artisan special' cheeses too! It is also available in the following colors: - White - ideal for ‘rolledâ€TM cheeses, as the coating dries to a totally transparent film allowing attractive surfaces to remain visible - and in Yellow, for ‘Goudaâ€TM style cheeses.
