Toxic Club Women's Halter Crop Top with Mermaid Maxi Skirt Multicoloured

I ordered this to make a mermaid costume for Halloween. It turned out nice but was disappointed the color is not as pictured. It is more of a sky/baby blue in person. I am close to 5'9'' and the skirt felt like it went up way to high on my midsection. The top does come as a long strip of fabric but surprisingly it is not that hard to wrap and pin into a top. Fabric was a decent quality. Not to thin. Overall ok buy if you need something to look like a mermaid
