I have had chronic recurring bowel obstructions from adhesions caused by post surgical scar tissue. I found iSerra, and within 6 months of taking it, I have made huge improvements that may have saved my life. I have not had to be on a liquid diet in 3 months now, and obstructions are only partial, and minor, and resolve within a day. They are so infrequent now I can't really remember the exact day I last had one! iSerra has helped break down the scar tissue and adhesions in my abdomen so I can eat again! I've maintained a health bodyweight for months as a result. I don't know what iEnzymes does to create such a superior product, but I am immensely grateful.

I think it helps my endometriosis symptoms. I usually have a brutal period every month. It's not too bad after taking this supplement. I don't need to take otc pain killers anymore.

I've had degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis in my hips and lower back for a while now. I had started taking another brand of serrapeptase in lower doses and it wasn't doing anything for me so I stopped altogether. Then I saw a few testimonials on YouTube about using high doses and what it did for them so I bought yet another brand that I misread and thought was 250 k per capsule. It wasn't - it was per dose of 2 capsules. So again I wasn't taking enough. In order for me to get the dose I wanted, I would have had to take 16 pills per day. You can see how I'd be spending a fortune on that particular brand! So I finally found the ISerra brand and the difference was stunning! My joint pain went from a consistent 7 out of 10 sharp pain, to a 4 in dull ache - all within a few days! I'm taking 1 million SPU twice per day and it's finally the right dose for me. And this bottle of serrapeptase is half the price per dose of the other brand. After a few weeks on this stuff, my joint pain is barely noticeable now and my discs in my spine don't move around as much. Thank you for an awesome product!

Been taking these ongoing for almost a year due to chronic pelvic pain that I suspect can also be chronic prostatitis. Serrapeptase/silkworms are supposed to be great for reducing inflammation which is the main issue. Unfortunately, I cannot tell for certain whether it's actually helping or not. I will continue taking it to put my mind at ease, even though it is ridiculously expensive.

So far, so good! Much more effective than the lower potency brand that I was using prior to iSerra, though I did notice good effects from that supplement as well. I think high dosages are necessary for long term chronic stuff. My sinuses are incredibly clear after just a few days at 500,000spu once a day. I'm planning to add another dose in the next day or two. The scars on my knees from old surgeries are disappearing and my joints feel good. I've had numerous traumatic injuries from ski racing and chronic injuries due to endurance running that used to make me hobble around after short runs or steep hikes. Since starting serrapeptase a couple months ago the chronic pain I've endured is at least 50% improved. Hoping for continued benefits with adhesions around an old spine injury (fractured L1) as well as breaking up biofilms in the gut and other places due to chronic infections and cyst reduction. I also feel a general reduction in overall inflammation, including improved skin tone, less bloating, environmental allergens, etc. I'm planning to stick with high doses for the next 4-6 months. Love this stuff!

Don't be fooled, choose (SPU) over (IU) for higher concentration. I buy it for my father. He was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in January of 2017 and I made my 1st purchase in February 2017. Fibrosis is a continuous build up of scar tissue in the lungs, making it increasingly more difficult for the lungs to expand and take in air. This product has been a God send and truly a life saver. His Pulmonologist can not believe the change in his lungs. My dad's lung sounds have been clear now for more than a year! He went from continuous 4 liters of O2 by nasal cannula to NO oxygen at all!! His lung appointments have been reduced to the point that we now will be going just once a year to see the Pulmonologist. The ability of Serrapeptase to reduce scar tissue may not be the main reason most people buy it but iSerra Advanced Series 250,000 (SPU) has worked wonders for my dad. I'm convinced he wouldn't be with us any more if I hadn't found this product. The higher concentration (SPU) allows for fewer doses in a given time period. Keep that in mind when comparing prices. By the way, my dad is now 93 years young.

This is my first try using serrapeptase after doing extensive research. At first it took a little adjustment with my tummy but never did I throw up like some of the others have said about a different brand. I would get nausea for like 5 mins and it would just go away, now after using for about 2 months no side effects at all. I only take one in the morning on an empty stomach and thats it. I like the fact of taking a high dosage in one capsule. I did notice that my menstrual cramps dont exists when I'm taking these and I have fibroids so my menstrual cramps can be excruciating, its nice to have an alternative besides having to depend on ibuprofen. My skin has a glow to it now that I'm taking the serrapeptase. I'll update later on when I complete this bottle.

September 2024 Update: I decided to try ordering this again, having last ordered it 3 years ago, thinking by this point they would have gotten their quality control resolved. Once again, the product still smells. Serrapeptase should not smell; it has no odor from any other manufacturer. If you go to their website, the email address bounces back, and they don't answer their phones. The business address listed is a PO Box, both on Amazon and their website. The company name has a different name on their website, on the bottle, and on Amazon. How Amazon can allow this shady company to sell supplements on its platform is anyone's guess, especially with the no refund policy. July 2021: I had purchased this product once before a few months ago, and it seemed to be working well for my sinus issues. Fast-forward to July of 2021 when I ordered it for a second time. The bottle size was different, as was the label --- someone in their marketing department had moved words around slightly for no apparent reason on the front of the label When I opened it, I was met with a foul odor and totally different looking capsules than my old bottle. The old bottle had larger white capsules with no smell or odor. The new bottle contains beige looking smaller capsules with a foul odor that smells almost like garlic. The "other ingredients" list is the same as the old bottle, with ingredients just in different positions. So how exactly is it possible for them to suddenly look and taste different? I've ordered Serrapeptase before from other manufacturers, and it's always been odorless and tasteless white pills, as was the case the first time I ordered this. On top of all this, whatever these pills were that I got were no longer as effective as the old ones. I tried emailing and calling the manufacturer. Nobody answers the phone or checks the email listed on their website. I finally filled out the contact form on their website which got a response, but I had already returned the product since I have no idea what I'm ingesting now in these capsules. The manufacturer said the capsules shouldn't look different and shouldn't taste/smell different. The only thing that had changed was the bottle and labeling according to them. Clearly I got a bad batch of who knows what.
