Q: Do these have “teeth”?

Yes they do have small teeth. I hung my (fairly) heavy curtain up about 3 months ago with them and they haven’t slipped at all! They are small but seem very strong!

Q: How far apart do you place these on the panel? I have 38" panels.

The best way I found to space easily is to fold the panel in half three times (like a hot dog) and place your clips along the edges and on each piece in the middle of the fold. I would say these have a more matte finish... not shiny. I love them and have used them in several rooms

Q: Is it doable if We only need eyelets, not clips? Does it comes with eyelets?

I think you are talking about grommets rather than eyelets. Grommets have a rod that runs through the grommet holes so you wouldn’t need clips. This item doesn’t contain any grommets, as they are curtain rings-they clip onto either the top of the curtain fabric or to the back on curtain fabric tape. The curtain rod goes through the curtain rings to hold up the curtain. I hope this helped.
