Dr. Robaina SULFUR BALSAM Lotion

I don't really care what's in it tbh. I have tried dozens of products to fix my fungal and bacterial skin problems and this basically solved them. I even tried it on my texturing forehead and it's smoother now. The itching is gone in all those random places. The smell is like melted plastic but the benefits are worth it. Just have some body spray or your favorite perfume to cover it up so you don't smell like a medicine cabinet.

I have rosacea and it primarily causes pustules if triggered by sun, irritation, dryness, alcohol, certain foods pretty much anything can trigger it. The pustules are painful and embarrassing. This has cleared up a flare that was going on for months. I just kept getting new ones every time the last one healed. My skin was also dry and irritated no matter what I put on it. I tried sulfur soap and sulfur ointment and it seemed to help a bit but made my skin so dry. I tried Azelaic acid with some success but it prevented pigment from forming in my face and I looked a bit dead. This doesn’t make me look like a ghost and actually works better. This is different. It isn’t overly drying.I’m not sure what kind of voodoo magic is in here but it’s cleared everything up. My skin is smooth and clear for the first time in months. It has a strong smell as expected, although it smells more of coal tar than sulfur, it does contain both smells. I honestly don’t care what it smells like as long as it keeps working. NOTHING I have ever used has worked this well, not prescription medications, or the countless creams and treatments I’ve spent so much money on. I wish I had found it years ago. The ingredients are backed by science, and I don’t know of any other products that contain these ingredients all together. Thank you so much to the company. Product seems to inhibit bacterial growth on skin. Won’t explain how I discovered this but it works very well as an armpit deodorant. Just a dab and even in 90 degree temperatures there is no body odor even at the end of the day.

It's so good. Too good to be true even. Works great for eczema and other conditions. I loved it when I first bought it years ago. It got removed or discontinued for some years, and I ordered it again recently.I noticed the distinct smell was a bit different. So I checked and saw it has coal tar in the ingredients, and it smells like coal tar. Coal tar is good for eczema and other conditions but is carcinogenic and damages DNA. The harmful components of coal tar are absorbed through the skin and distributed systemically through the body.I would just reserve this for severe cases. It's not worth the risk. This formula even makes my hands go numb, weak, and limp (I just need it on my hands).

Terrible smell. Medicinal terrible smell that I could smell on me all day. No way I can apply twice a day with that. Could not smell lemon at all. Do not recommend. There are better products out.
