I feel like superman with these boots
I'm a miner I trudge through dark red clay water with variable depths. I use to be nerves about stepping in something really deep...NOT ANYMORE!!now Im kicking catfish, punching beavers and flattening frog all while keeping my socks and trouser nice and dry.**no animals were hurt in this review.Don't want trouble, dont start trouble.I'm looking at you mother nature.I now have some ass kicking boots to back it up.

leaks
I bought these because i like the heavier material, after i wore them 3 times the right foot started getting wet after a few more times of wearing them the left foot got wet also, all the seems look great. have no idea where the leaks are coming from.

36" Measurement means nothing
I'm annoyed with the product description of 36". Yes the outseam is almost 36" but the inseam is 30"! We can all agree if the purpose of something is to keep water out (like say a BOOT) the lowest point (30") NOT the highest point (36") is the critical number. The outseam could be 6 feet but if you step in 31" of water you're gonna get wet. I did keep the boot because the quality seems good and I wanted a real rubber boot (they patch easily with tire patches). Measurements should be more like 36" outseam, 34" inseam. We'll see if I can remember this boot is 4" shorter than I'm used to (I'll be notified quickly by 40 degree river water if I forget).

Good Quality. Good Fit.
I ordered these boots for our water system distribution crew. Quality and fit are very important to them as they spend hours in the boots when making water line repairs. The steel toe and shank are an absolute necessity for safety and digging with a shovel. Early to tell all, but so far they all have expressed that these boots meet their need and expectations in the first 3 uses in the ditch. Yes - I would order these again.

Sizing
Wish they would be available in women's sizes too. I had to order a men's 7 which is a little too large for my size 7. However they were great for walking in the ocean clam digging. Warm and dry.
