Used these on a recent hike in the Sequoia Nat'l Park and loved them. I bought two and used on both knees for extra support when coming down the mountain. Descending down the mountain is tough on the knees and these helped to give me the support I needed, as my knees did not bother me like they have in the past. It's been two days since the hike and my knees are good!

It was well made for the price. I wish it was smaller. I am a size 10 woman and had to wrap the velcro around the front across the label to get a snug fit. It reduces my pain by about 80%.

Not Bad for the Price! My knees are about 18-inches in circumference, and these fit well...and securely. REMEMBER, The Price listed is for ONE (1) Strap Only...So a pair in a few cents shy of $10.00. I use them when I walk - for recreation - and have no idea that they will "hold up" for an extremely long time (with daily use.) They're not really CHO-PAT type quality. If you're an Extreme athlete or Elite runner, etc. these might not be for you.

Have only been wearing it for a few days since it came (early) and it seems to be working as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone with confidence!

Works well for mild to moderate knee support.

Love them. A workout buddy that has been having knee issues recommended and they're awesome. Would've liked it if it had a sturdier knee stabilizer but they're great.

*NOTE* UNIT SUPPLIED FOR REVIEWMy daughter has been doing alot of knee pounding sports like basketball and Lacrosse and starting complaining her knee was hurting her after long days of games or tournaments. So I took up the offer to review this strap to see if it helped her. We waited until a long weekend of Lacrosse to really test it out. The day started at 8 am and went until 5 pm with 3 games played. after each game I asked her how it felt and if it was doing it's job. She stated it felt fine and really didn't notice during the games. after 45 minutes off the field I asked how the knee felt and she said much better. At the end of the day we headed home and I waited til later on in the night to get a final verdict on how the knee felt and she was all smiles. She didn't hurt and wasn't hobbling around the house!. So I am saying this helped her and I would recommend it it as long as you know it isn't a be all end all. I would always follow up knee pain with a doctors check up. I know my girl and she is up front and honest and would let me know if something was really wrong. But if it's just some soreness from a long day of pounding on it this may just be the help you need.
