This is a great kitchen tool! Thought I may have too many gadgets and was hesitant thinking I could just thinly slice zuks and squash for "pasta" but this tool is a huge time saver and zips through the vegies in no time. We've made awesome veggie pasta, cooked for minimal time in olive oil, sea salt and pepper, then topped with turkey meat balls and parmesan. SO delicious! We don't miss the carbs and feel nice and lite after eating. In fact, we're spiralizing tonight for dinner and can't wait. This purchase was really a no brainer, as the local grocery wants about $4 for 2 cups of veggie pasta. Get this tool and you justify your purchase in just 2 dinners for 4. Clean-up is easy with a long handle brush and it will compact down for storage. Received when promised. Very happy with purchase.

The performance of this Pro from Lifestyle Dynamics exceeded my expectations. My criteria were: produce good product ("Spaghetti") in minimum time. They were all met as: setting, use, disassemble and washing is VERY simple AND fast. It makes excellent "spaghetti" from medium-soft vegetables like zucchini or, cucumber. The carrots made short "Spaghetti". You can put a long zucchini or carrot and, even as it wobbles, it makes good product. I did not use it for other veggies but will report after trying and getting more experience. The E-recipes book is good but one can get even more options from the web. LifeStyle Dynamics was instrumental in getting me into this unit. My "one use" experience with a smaller, hand held unit was not as good but Lifestyle Dynamics persuaded me to try the Pro. I am glad they did as I love the Pro and can recommend it, as well as, Lifestyle Dynamics who proved to be a very honest and customer oriented Company.

Suction occasionally comes unstuck after slicing a few veggies, but otherwise it's good. It's kind of nice that it locks to the table so you don't have to hold it. Be warned, this is really meant for thick veggies like zucchini and squash (i.e., it's not great for the bottoms of carrots). When veggies are too thin or crooked, this will make thin slices instead of spirals and the vegetable will sometimes slip off the "axis" completely. Also, spinning the handle faster will help make more delicate spirals. This is a good way to process lots of veggies fast with no cut fingers, not to mention it makes them more fun. Although this does make good noodle substitutes for grown-ups, the veggies turn out like bouncy springs that kids would probably like.

This is the second spiralizer I purchased to test. The first $10 one performed well but the blade insertion and removal was dangerous. I returned it. The models like this one with a full plastic assembly and blade mounted on it are much safer to insert, remove and handle. It also comes apart to store flat, and that is well-thought. I do not have to cut a long zucchini like I did with the cheap model. The vegetable holder works adequately, too. Overall, the unit performs well. Suction is excellent, and the suction lever is a little hard to engage but you know it is in place once turned all the way. Spirals are even and crank is easy to turn. (The only thing I didn't expect was that I need to pull the spirals or cut them every 4 turns or so because they are too long to twirl on a fork otherwise. This is true of all spiralizers.) Very easy to clean. Love the on-board storage. I think having 7 or 10 blades is overkill for me so this 3 blade set is perfect.My first tests after washing are pictured. Zucchini, onions and apple. Daughter with braces loves the thin apple slices.

Hi all,I was looking for a spiralizer vegetable slicer that could handle zucchini, carrots, squash and peppers! My wife and I were trying out a Weight Watcher's recipe and it called for spiralized zucchini. So off I went to buy it already spiralized and packaged at my local grocery store for 7.99 a package. After a few weeks of buying the already packaged zucchini, (which was a huge hit as a pasta replacement) I realized I could do this myself for a lower price and more often and also could try spiralizing other vegetables. Honestly, there were a lot of spiralizers to choose from so I read a lot of reviews on Amazon. Bottom Line - This is a well made product that can hold the vegetable very firmly while you crank the handle. Easy to assemble and clean. Anyway, I also appreciate very much that Lifestyle Dynamics is a small family company. Never ever in all my years of buying things on Amazon have I received a hand written Thank You note. That note (arrived today) prompted me to write this review and I am now going to look at their other products. Help support this small family business!

With so many spiralizers out there, I didn't know which one to pick. This was a balanced choice - works well, small enough footprint for storage, and priced right. There are just 3 blades, but all store in unit and are easy to clean. So far we've only used the ribbon cutter for potatoes (white and sweet) and are pleased with the results. Going to use the "spaghetti" feature next on zucchini. I would recommend it over the hand held models.

Buenísimo, fácil de usar, aprovechas toda la verdura o fruta en un solo fideo, sin esfuerzo, se manchó al utilizar camote y no se quita el color con las lavadas y no pude hacer funcionar la ventosa pero no me ha importado ya que funciona de maravilla, hago todo tipo de recetas en segundos, las cuchillas con mucho filo, material de buena calidad, lo he probado con zanahoria, betabel, calabacin, papa, y más todos cortes prefectos sin esfuerzo

The best spiralizer ever!I have been looking for one ever since I was hooked on zoodles and this product is exceptional. It cam with online instructions which you must watch in order to fully understand how the product works and what to do - trust me I only needed to watch it once and now I think I am a pro! I have supervised my kids using this with zucchinis and carrots, it is a great way for them to be involved and it is fun. My two want to have zoodles every day now.It is super easy to clean (dishwasher safe) and store away. The suction plate is strong, it attaches securely to the bench top and does not move. This is extremely important when kids are helping out. The blades are super sharp so it cuts nicely but mind those fingers every time when handling.Also comes with some recipe ideas which is great for those who are just getting into spiralizing etc - prior to this purchase I was manually making zoodles with a very sharp knife, it was tedious and my hands were aching. I had previously owned a spiralizer that was not doing the job well and I ended up getting cuts from the blade every time it was clogged so it had to be returned. I am really pleased with this product and happy to finally have it in my kitchen. It is probably the most used gadget along side our coffee machine! Thank you!

I am thrilled with this purchase. I read heaps of reviews of many different spiralizers in a wide price range before buying one, Plastic is good quality,; components slot together securely; suction base works. Good online instructional video. I have so far done ribbons with an apple, and a carrot. Last night made zucchini spaghetti. Worked perfectly. No mashing, just clean cutting. Keen to try more fruit and veg. Certainly earns the good reviews IMHO, and a huge tick for the price !

I am very impressed with this spiralizer. The quality of the material is excellent, it is strong and sturdy just as described. It is very easy to use and clean. The instructional videos and recipes that you also receive are a great bonus.
