I own two of these because I loved my first one so much that I needed one for my mom’s house too. They are super easy to use and figure out while setting it up, and the perfect size!!! super easy to bring around or keep hidden somewhere in a room. These things don’t budge if you don’t put in the exact code!! Great quality, my only wish is it would be nice if the lid opened a little more than it does because it doesn’t open all the way up, it stops before even reaching a 90° angle.

I really like this little lock box. It was just big enough to fit my phone, small wallet, and car key fob. I used the attached cord to secure it to two chair arms at a Great Wolf Lodge while my son and I enjoyed our day at the water park. The only complaint I have is the one others seem to have. The dials kind of suck. They are plastic and are hard to spin. I wish they were sturdier and metal like most other combination locks. Other than that, so far, it has done all I need for it to do

I think it is TSA compliant, have not taken it anywhere but home. It is small. maybe enough for a cellphone and some cash. I have been able to fit 400 dollars in one very easily. The attached cable is a think bike lock wire sort of affair. a pair of bolt cutters and it's game over. But for routine security, perfect. You wrap it around a sturdy base like a radiator or bathroom pipe and all is well. Changing the 4 digit code is fairly easy with just a screw driver. Keep in mind though nit only opens to like a 45 degree angle so do not try to force it all the way back. It's hard plastic, not metals and you will break it. The code reels are little rotary thumb disc with the number visible but not at low light. If you have chubby thumbs use your index fingers to spin it to the right digit. Perfect for hotel stays or for when your Uncle comes to visit. You know the one, seen only during funerals and holidays with large food and alcohol events. It is slim, maybe a cell phone or passport wide but plenty roomy for cash, foreign and domestic. over all not bad a the price is right. Plus you can change the combination as it suits you

This Master Lock Safe is SO COOL. I purchased this after some little punk stole my cell phone at a park. I set my phone down on a table for maybe five minutes while I was doing something, and a kid walked right off with it. People seen him but did not say anything until after because they thought it was his phone. Living in a bigger city now I decided that I should invest in this product since my boyfriend and I go to public parks often. The Master Lock Safe arrived on time and in a sturdy box. It is bigger than I expected, and I love that! I can fit all my necessities in there. The product details say it is water resistant too, and that was put to the test the first day we got it! My boyfriend and I went to the skate park and locked it to a bench. While it was locked up it started sprinkling and the safe got wet but my phone and everything inside was perfectly dry. There is even a tee-tiny hole on each side that you can run your headphones through if you want. The combination was easy to set and the buttons on it work fabulously. The inside of the safe has a foam like material that helps keep your stuff from banging around. I especially like how it has a lot of room to put your belongings in, but at the same time once its closed up its slender enough I can fit it into most of my purses and it fits in my boyfriends backpack perfectly. It is very lightweight for its size too; and it seems like for being plastic on some parts it would still hold up fairly well. Someone would have to really work on it to bust it open I think. The lock looks impressive but I'm a little worried about the hinges on the other side. I wouldn't use this for an at home safe, because I need something a bit tougher and bigger than this for my home. But it is perfect for setting your stuff down and locking it up at a playground, water park, fair, party, untrustworthy roommate situation, work, etc. Overall this is an excellent portable safe, and I would recommend to others.

This is a genius idea. I go on solo adventures and swimming at the beach will be a lot less stressful now that I know I can secure my stuff to a tree. Part bike lock, part safe, works great.

Won’t be buying again or recommending to others. It’s the right size for small valuables or money while on vacation but once you set the combination to open, to scramble the numbers once finished is almost impossible. They get stuck on the combination and nearly impossible to reset to 0000. I’ve had this less than a week and the paint on my numbers are already wearing. By 6 months I don’t think I’ll even be able to see the numbers.

We used this on our cruise ...worked wonderfully! It's easy to use and set (and reset) the combo (after watching YouTube video). It fit our phones and money and cards ...anything we needed to keep secure while at the beach or on the ship. It is a bit heavy! this is true. But for the price, compared to other such gadgets (available to me in Canada, that I could find, lol), and its quality of use, I won't complain! I look forward to using it again on the next trip! :)

The only metal parts are the lock panel / hinge and the cable. The rest of the container is plastic including the hinges, and feels like it could be easily pried open with a screw driver. The inner linings and outer lock cover come loose very easily. The packaging comes with a warning about material suspected of causing birth defects. There are better lockboxes available in metal for half the price.
