I have used this since 2009. It works well if you have the flu. Helps you get better within 30 minutes; but, you have to drink it at least 4 times the first day. It also works if you’re catching a cold; but I would not waste this on colds. (I would take EXPEC for coughs and colds. Expec allows you to sleep without waking up in the middle of the night because you are coughing).Throat Coat Tea is awesome for a sore throat. It works! But, so does plain ole Honey, hot water, and lemon.I also like Gypsy Cold tea. That works for coughs as well. I don’t ever have to see doctors for colds or flus. I swear by this tea. Any sign of a cold or flu i take this to stop it in its tracks. I was out of this tea and purchased this while sick, my sinus infection was gone. This is great for you!
