This device will help win the battle against mouse infestation, but only for a year or so.
I found my house becoming infested by mice, and I set out the old-fashioned traps, wooden with bait, which work reasonably well, but mice breed fast. I caught a lot of mice. Eleven, six adults and five juveniles, in less than two weeks. That is why I decided to buy an electronic pest repeller. I looked at the reviews, and at the prices, and I chose this one. I have continued to have my wooden traps set, and freshly baited, but I have not caught a single mouse since installing this device in my house. Nor have I heard or seen any running around or eating. The most telling point is that my cat, who is a mighty hunter, has not alerted me to the presence of any mice or mice smells. He is very good at that. As is recommended by the manufacturer, I have changed the frequency approximately weekly. I have bought hard plastic packaging to keep items in which would attract mice. And I have kept the wooden traps set and baited. The battle against mice is currently being won by me, but there are many fronts. This device seems to have turned the tide. I would recommend it.Update: I still recommend it, even more highly. It is late 2017, and still no mice.Update 2: it has been a nice 17 months with no mice, but it has now stopped repelling the mice. I have had them in the kitchen now for a week. The device indicates that it is still working, but it is not.

So far I am impressed, but will update in future with further results.
I live in the country and it is SOOO hard to tell how good these products are because of the number of wild rodents around. I am still having rodent issues but only purchased two of these and it seems whatever area they are in I see evidence of less or no rodent activity. I bought a couple of different brands of ultrasonic repellers and I do believe this is the best one and is repelling them to another area of my home, so I am considering buying more to see if I can get rid of them completely as everything I have read says that NONE of these devices work through walls. I can't be 100% certain the mice/rats are avoiding the area these are in completely, but I CAN say for certain that the area that does NOT have one of these units has a great deal of activity that I can't not get rid of and the location these are in does not seem to! I will update again in the future when I have enough units in the other areas to evaluate if these ultrasonic units can truly clear an entire home rodent problem (especially in the country where we are in THEIR world yard)!

Zip, Bam, Boom the Mice are Gone !
Since I plugged it in , I haven't seen another mouse ! We were overrun with mice ! We tried traps of all sorts . Glue traps worked the best , but you would have to listen to the mice scream for hours. They do not die immediately on glue traps . I placed your unit in my kitchen and they have scattered , No mice seen or heard from in past several days ! Ultrasonic is now my go to for pest removal . Works as well as a Cat and you don't have to feed it !

May be giving me headaches...
I'm not sure if it was any good at repelling anything. I saw a ton of bugs and had an ongoing rat problem while this was turned on. I also started getting headaches after a few days. It was mounted over my bedroom. I'm not sure if it was from this product but once I unplugged it, the headaches went away.

Just like the directions
I purchased this as an experiment for bat control on our back porch in northern AZ. For years I had been wondering why so many dead bugs and droppings were being left every night, then I figured it mush be bats. I had to get creative to mount the device to the wall. Just like the directions, I change the frequency about every two - three weeks. It appears to be working! I sprayed a pet deterrent before using this devise and had minimal change. Now I do both, the spray and this device on at all times. So far I am seeing considerably less activity.

I would not recommend this.
Since I've been using this, I still see little critters running around my house. I bought two of them , it doesn't seem to work.

Yes it works! BUT -- you need more than ...
Yes it works! BUT -- you need more than one --- you can't just 'put it in the kitchen' -- it chases the mice to other rooms in your house. You need one for every room... UGH. After putting it in kitchen and living room and master bedroom, a week later I went to freshen up spare bedroom (completely unoccupied - quiet, dormant) I found a mouse just starting to set up house in an un-used chest of drawers!! Yes, this product works, but I live in the mountains, a rural environment, and mice are relentless. I keep the chest of drawers OPEN in un-occupied spaces, with this 'pest-box' ON. It works.

Working for me
I purchased this and set it up or out, I do believe it is working. It took approximately 3 weeks before I saw results.I would always see one mouse and I know if you see one mouse, I think others are there. As I saidafter the 3rd week I no longer saw any mouse dropping, which is excellent.I check every day where I knew I had seen dropping before I got this and I have seen nothing. This is definitely worth trying.
