Charger
slots are not high enough to keep tablets from tipping over. slots are not wide enough for tablet with cover. ipad uses two slots and open end must be facing down then with the top and bottom in two different slots it is always on.Phone and Amazon fire fit ok but IPAD with thicker cover does not.

Sleek in demo photos, but an unwieldy mess in reality
I had high hopes for this product after seeing it on Kickstarter, but those hopes were quickly dashed after the product arrived. In the demo photos, the product looks so sleek, with the cables neatly tucked in. But in reality, it's an unwieldy mess. If you try to wrap the cables around the docking station, inevitably the cables stick out from all over the place, particularly when you don't have all of the docks occupied with devices.I emailed their support team and asked for a training video to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. I never got a response back.

Makes a loud noise when charging
The issue I have with this device, is that it makes an irritating noise when you charge a device. I already contacted Trendlift on this, but unfortunately no response. The noise while charging is so loud that I cannot have the device near my bed. Too bad especially since the rest (number of charging ports, way of tucking away the cables) is actually not that bad.

Really bad quality DO NOT BUY IT I am still trying to do a charge back on my account as this charger DOESN'T work. amazon have better ones you can buy it just to use it as a holder for your phone and then get a decent charger...

Kickstarter Backer Review
I am a kickstarter backer of this product and I have to say that it does the job well. It organises the cables and provides enough usb outputs for all of your devices at a relatively low price. However a small negative is that it comes without cables and you'll have to provide them.
