Review: An Amazing Company and Product - An amazing service-oriented company who takes pride in their product but more importantly their customer service. When they knew they had an issue with delivering the product on time (which BTW was only a day or two late) they made it write by sending an apology gift and HAND-written letter to make up for something that was out of their control prior to ever receiving an inquiry from me. Oh, and their Block elevator worked better than advertised on top of their service. Great job and thank you for being a company that I will visit over and over again!!!
Review: Works Great even Though it is plastic - Don't let some of the reviews about it being plastic scare you. I have had it for over 6 months and it works great with 33 lb blocks I get from TSC. I haven't had a problem yet.
