Wow! This is a great quality Yoga wheel and I'm loving it.The color is beautiful, material extremely resistant and rubber is thick and doesn't slides. A Yoga student bought one from a very expensive brand and I have to say that we compared both and this one is better than hers. It came with a very nice booklet on how to use it for support in different asanas. Highly recommended.PS. Reading other reviews I must say that a Yoga wheel is not intended for beginners in the practice of Yoga asanas, unless they have a formal Yoga Instructor who can teach them how to use it properly.

I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I found this wheel to be a valuable tool in returning to all of my Yoga poses. once I could return to plank and downward dog this wheel enabled me to relearn the poses safely. I would also use it when sitting back on my heels to open up my hips and quads. the booklet that comes with the wheel is not translated well and even some of the poses are mislabeled or incorrectly spelled, but it gives one a good idea of what can be done with the wheel.

Just learning how to practice with it

The dharma wheel by Yarrdee is actually the first of its kind that I have ever owned. However, I am very familiar of what an asset it can be if you want to take yoga or your flexibility to the next level. It was honestly Instagram and my curiousity in Buddhism, which rekindled my interest in Yoga and regaining both flexibility and strength.I use to have a stretching instructor and take strength-building classes, pole fitness, and silks. However, after having my daughter, my priorities changed and exercising was put on the back burner. Now that my daughter just made three though, she’s naturally eager to stretch and manipulate her body. So, I took it upon myself to make some additions to our home so that she could train to be in whichever sports she chooses to partake in. So far, she’s more addicted to this dharma wheel than I am and uses it to test her balance.We have had this product for a very short time, so it may be too soon to make a final decision on it. But, so far it’s helping my daughter train her body to do a bridge and she loves doing all kinds of tricks on it. My only concern is that perhaps it is too large for my small 5 foot 3 inch frame. I can’t seem to get into the same position as the woman featured in the seventh picture. My arms remain a half-inch off the ground when I attempt the same pose. What I can say though, is that it’s great for stretching my back and only time can tell what this yoga tool can help me accomplish.Other than that, the cushion is very comfortable and gentle on the back and sturdy enough for my three year old to sit on. In addition to that, it comes with a small booklet with various descriptions and illustrations.
