It looked as though there was tape on it in one spot. The ballon busted when filling it. I filled it slowly but I think it was defective to begin with.

POPPED
ballon already came with holes , once I took it to party city it aaa deflating after air was put in and when we tried to address the hole and refill it popped.

Large Uniqua Balloon
We ordered this one along with the Backyardigan's 18' foil balloon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000UYNUEY/ref=cm_cr_rev_prod_title) and together they form a very good combination for theme parties. Was a sure hit with little Backyardigan fans.
